This NatCool rosé is a blend of several years, with all the base wines pressed before fermentation, as would happen in a classic white wine production. The colour is concentrated with some orange tones. The nose reveals notes of violet, red fruit and rhubarb, as well as nutty flavours from fermentation in new French oak barrels. The palate is structured and linear, ending with a sensation of sweetness balanced by beautiful acidity and a spicy finish.
