Sustainable. Pale partridge eye pink in colour with aromas of ripe stone fruits, cherry blossom and a touch of fresh raspberry on the nose. The palate is crisp and refined with summer berries and a fresh grapefruit acidity. Serve with grilled red mullet, flambe prawns or an octopus salad.
