Dry, crisp, unoaked, light bodied sparkling wine made in traditional method. The palate has an elegant mousse and notes of apple peel, white peach, pear and white blossom. Very fresh with a zesty acidity and a long, floral note on the finish.

Serve as an aperitif or with light summer salads and shellfish.
